Distilled in the Cognac region, at the heart of the Spirits Valley, this gin benefits from French expertise based in particular on the use of small Charente pot stills. This Organic version stands out thanks to a recipe entirely focused on freshness and citrus. It combines juniper, lemon, mandarin, red pepper, kaffir lime and coriander. Some ingredients are obtained through maceration, whilst others are processed by distillation, using traditional methods. The result is a particularly expressive and balanced gin.

On the nose, Generous Gin Organic is fresh, smooth and subtle. The juniper remains present but is quickly joined by citrus notes.
