Gin SANTA ANA the gin of Don Papa 70 cl. This gin is distilled in Charentes from botanicals from the Philippines, juniper berries, coriander, angelica roots, iris roots, Daladan, Ylang-ylang, Alpinia and finally the emblematic fruit of the Philippines, kalamansi! !
The nose offers floral notes, then citrus and spice notes. It is interesting to find a hint of lavender on the finish of the nose. The palate is spicy, supported by peppery notes and citrus notes.
The name of this Gin evokes the Cabaret, the "Santa Anna" the place to be in Manila in the 1920s.
