GIN CANAIMA Gin is a gin from Venezuela, it is unique bin gin in many ways. Firstly because the 11 botanicals that make up this gin come from the Amazonian forest with the exception of an ingredient that grows in Venezuela (Juniper, Seje, Copuazu, Aça, Tupiro, Ponsigue, Grapefruit, Orange, Uva de Palma, Passion fruit, Cashew nuts, Semeruco) The plants are macerated and distilled individually in a copper still. On the nose, herbal notes blend with notes of exotic fruits, then caramel and spicy notes take over. The palate offers herbaceous notes and citrus, hints of tropical fruits follow.
It should be noted that 10% of turnover is donated to NGOs and networks of volunteers working to improve the quality of life of Amazonian communities.
