Description

BAYOU RESERVE Rum is an old rum from Louisiana, aged for three years in Bourbon barrels using the Solera method. This rum, which has won several gold medals, is made from sugar cane grown in Louisiana and a blend of molasses and raw sugar.

On the nose, it offers aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, apple and Bourbon, with hints of cocoa and spices. On the palate, it reveals flavours of caramel, vanilla, toasted hazelnut and coffee, with a vegetal finish and discreet bitterness.
