The Golden Ale by Léonce 75 cl craft beer has a unique identity, rooted in both brewing tradition and human values. Produced in Armentières by the Malécot Brewery, it forms part of the Butterfly by Léonce range, launched to offer lighter beers that differ from the historic Léonce d’Armentières range. Golden Ale stands out for its 7.5% ABV, its golden-yellow colour and its balance between subtle hoppy notes and sweet undertones.

But behind this craft beer lies, above all, a social and inclusive project. Brasserie Malécot is part of the Malécot Group, a work centre run by Papillons Blancs de Lille. The Léonce beer was developed thanks to the commitment of the teams and the association, with production carried out by people supported by the ESAT (establishment providing support through work) in Armentières. The project thus enables the creation of a genuine professional activity centred on brewing, bottling, packaging and sales.

The Golden Ale is therefore part of an approach in which the product takes on its full meaning: a local craft beer, but also a beer that helps to promote the work, skills and independence of people with disabilities.
