Description

PETILLANT de CHARDONNAY by Alain Milliat is a non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice made from Chardonnay grapes grown on the Coste Blanche plot, a limestone hillside in the south of France.

This alcohol-free "Blanc de Blancs" is blended with 10% verjus from white grape varieties to bring out its full freshness.
This juice is distinguished by its golden colour with pink highlights and its intense aromas of roasted mirabelle plums and heather honey.

On the palate, it offers a perfect balance between a subtle sweetness, a tangy freshness and a sparkling effervescence.

PETILLANT de CHARDONNAY by Alain Milliat is the perfect accompaniment to a non-alcoholic aperitif, offering finesse and elegance.
