Bulles d’Opale perfectly illustrates the dynamism of the Les 130 collective, made up of passionate winegrowers who are helping to revive viticulture in the Hauts-de-France region. Made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay, this sparkling cuvée benefits from a northern climate that encourages the grapes to ripen slowly, thus preserving all their aromatic freshness. The fine bubbles lend elegance and lightness whilst revealing the character of this emerging terroir.

The colour is a brilliant straw yellow, enlivened by a stream of fine, even bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of pear, white peach, lemon, grapefruit and white flowers, complemented by a delicate hint of gingerbread and brioche. On the palate, the attack is lively and refreshing. The Chardonnay fully expresses its elegance through lovely tension, a silky texture and a long finish where citrus, white fruits and a subtle mineral note intermingle.

Served at between 6 and 8 °C, this sparkling wine is the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, oysters, seafood, sushi, grilled fish, tapas, creamy cheeses or even an apple tart. An original cuvée that proves the Hauts-de-France region is now capable of producing high-quality sparkling wines.
