La Nuit Tous Les Chats Sont Gris Vin Rosé IGP by Cellier des Chartreux

To begin with, this wine is a very pale pink colour with clear, luminous highlights. The nose is complex but also intense, its fruity side with hints of white peach and citrus fruit offering us a rather unctuous palate, standing out thanks to lemony notes which provide a certain freshness.

The estate's objective is to obtain the best fruit in order to be able to offer very good wines and a unique terroir.
