The Montlouis-sur-Loire Les Hauts de Husseau 2024 is an exceptional dry white wine from Domaine de la Taille aux Loups, created by Jacky Blot, one of the Loire Valley’s most renowned winemakers. This 100% Chenin Blanc, grown on tuffeau limestone soil, embodies the elegance and minerality typical of the great wines of Montlouis-sur-Loire. Jacky Blot, renowned for his meticulous expertise, crafts this wine with precision to produce a Montlouis of great complexity and remarkable ageing potential.

On the nose, this wine displays fresh, deep aromas of green apple, honey, flint and acacia blossom, evoking the purity and finesse of its terroir. On the palate, it captivates with its vibrant minerality, flavours of pear, citrus and shellfish, and a long, lingering finish, typical of the great wines of the Loire.

This Montlouis-sur-Loire is perfect for accompanying refined dishes, such as oysters, scallops or goat’s cheese. It can also be cellared for several years to develop even greater complexity. Best served between 10 and 12°C, it embodies the terroir and expertise of Jacky Blot, for lovers of elegant, mineral-driven dry white wines from the Loire.
