Château du Cèdre – Cuvée Le Cèdre 2022 is a 100% Malbec Cahors red wine, certified organic, produced by a family estate committed to sustainable viticulture for several generations. This wine is made from grapes grown on clay-limestone soils and gravel terraces, typical of the Cahors appellation, which give it a distinct minerality and a powerful yet elegant tannic structure.

On the nose, this 2022 Malbec displays intense aromas of blackberry, liquorice and cedar, accompanied by floral and spicy notes. On the palate, it captivates with its velvety tannins, flavours of black fruit, cocoa and spices, and a long, lingering finish, marked by a surprising freshness for a wine of this power.

This organic Cahors is perfect for pairing with rich, flavourful dishes, such as duck breast with porcini mushrooms, leg of lamb or mature cheeses (Comté, Roquefort).
