Godet Rivage Gin: a French spirit inspired by the sea

Founded in 1782 in La Rochelle, Maison Godet draws its inspiration from the maritime world that surrounds it. With Rivage, it has created an original French gin that evokes the Atlantic coastline thanks to a meticulous selection of botanicals. Juniper berries form the aromatic backbone of the gin, whilst citrus fruits lend it liveliness and freshness. Aromatic herbs and marine-inspired ingredients enrich the blend with a subtle minerality and remarkable elegance.

The colour is perfectly clear and crystalline. The nose reveals aromas of juniper, lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, fresh herbs and subtle hints of the sea. On the palate, the texture is supple and harmonious. Flavours of citrus, juniper berries and aromatic herbs develop into a long, fresh and delicately briny finish, the hallmark of this cuvée.

Served well chilled, Rivage Godet Gin is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or as a Gin and Tonic with a premium tonic, a twist of grapefruit or lemon, or a sprig of rosemary. It also makes an excellent base for cocktails such as the Dry Martini, the Negroni or the French 75.
