Description

La FABRIQUE is made from century-old Carignan vines. This beautiful organic red wine is produced by Calmel et Joseph. You will love its beautiful dark red colour, the nose evokes wild strawberries, grapes and aromatic herbs such as laurel. On the palate, the tannins are well-rounded, the fruity impressions of the nose are confirmed and the finish leaves us with an impression of spices such as green pepper. Despite the fact that this wine comes from old vines (planted in 1890!) exposed to full sunshine, its great freshness is certainly due to the average altitude of the vines.
