The Delas Frères Crozes-Hermitage “Grands Chemins” 2021 is an iconic red wine from the northern Rhône Valley, made exclusively from the Syrah grape variety. This cuvée expresses all the richness and diversity of the terroirs of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation.

The vines thrive on varied soils, a blend of rounded pebbles, clay and granite, lending the wine structure, freshness and complexity. On the nose, it reveals aromas of dark fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by floral notes of violet and peppery spices.

On the palate, the attack is supple and balanced, with fine tannins providing structure. The Syrah brings aromatic intensity and elegance, whilst the terroir lends a lovely freshness and a certain minerality.

The finish is long, slightly spicy and lingering. The Crozes-Hermitage Grands Chemins 2021 is ideal with grilled meats, dishes served in sauce or cheeses. A typical wine of the Northern Rhône, accessible and true to its origins.
