The minimal-intervention winemaking process preserves all the natural freshness of the grapes, whilst the absence of oak ageing highlights the finesse of the fruit.

The bouquet reveals notes of lime, grapefruit zest, crisp apple, pear, lemon blossom and verbena. Hints of flint and sea salt enrich this aromatic palette. On the palate, the texture is smooth, the acidity perfectly balanced, and the finish is long, lively and refreshing.
