Description

This Côtes du Rhône Blanc ÉLÉGANCE 2021 cuvée from Charles TYRAND is composed of Bourboulenc (20%) Clairette (20%) Grenache Blanc (30%) Roussanne (25%) Viognier (5%), the average age of the vines is 40 years. . this small production of around 4000 bottles makes it a rare wine at a very affordable price.

The color is a beautiful light and bright yellow. The nose is lively and offers citrus notes such as lemon, mandarin and grapefruit. The palate confirms this liveliness and these aromas perceived on the nose. It goes well with fish in sauce, oysters and seafood but also with foie gras if you are not a big fan of foie gras and sweet wine pairings.
