Description

Lot 40 is a Canadian Rye whisky.
This whiskey is made by the Hiram Walker & Sons Distillery in Ontario from locally grown rye. This Rye whiskey is Distilled twice, first in a column still, then again in a copper still. The brandy thus obtained is then aged in virgin American oak barrels as is customary on the North American continent.

The result is a woody and spicy whisky, in the mouth the spicy presence is confirmed and a beautiful finish marked by notes of vanilla and citrus fruits is emerging.
