100% Blue Weber Agave from Jalisco

Cincoro Reposado is produced exclusively from Blue Weber agave, the variety used in traditional tequila production.

The agave is sourced from two different growing regions within the Mexican state of Jalisco: the Highlands and the Lowlands.

These areas contribute complementary characteristics to the final spirit.

Cincoro processes the agave from each region separately before blending the resulting distillates.

This approach allows the producer to develop a balanced expression of cooked agave, fruit and gentle vegetal notes.

Extended Ageing in Tennessee Whiskey Barrels

The defining characteristic of Cincoro Reposado is its extended maturation.

Mexican tequila regulations require Reposado expressions to spend at least two months in contact with oak.

Cincoro goes considerably further, ageing its Reposado for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels previously used for Tennessee whiskey.

This additional maturation develops notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and baking spices.

The result preserves the distinctive flavour of agave while adding complexity and a smooth texture.

Appearance, Nose and Palate

Cincoro Reposado displays a golden colour with warm amber highlights.

The nose opens with cooked agave, vanilla and caramel, accompanied by delicate dried fruit aromas.

On the palate, the texture is rounded and velvety.

Honey, vanilla and white chocolate create an indulgent character, balanced by a subtle hint of pepper.

The finish is long and elegant, with oak and warm spices gradually fading into a smooth conclusion.
