ARDBEG Whiskey 13 Years ANTHOLOGY The Harpy's Tale 70 cl Limited Edition
Ardbeg The Harpy’s Tale 13 Years Old: a rare blend of peat and Sauternes
Discoverthe Ardbeg Anthology The Harpy’s Tale 13 Years Old, an exceptional Scottish single malt crafted on the island of Islay, renowned for its intensely peaty whiskies. The first release in the limited-edition Anthology collection, this original edition combines whiskies matured in bourbon casks and Sauternes casks. The result offers a remarkable balance between smokiness, fruity sweetness and aromatic richness. The nose reveals notes of aromatic herbs and smoky lemon. On the palate, the oily texture reveals treacle, aniseed, smoked apricots and balsamic undertones. The long, smoky finish is accompanied by spicy notes and a hint of coconut. Unchill-filtered, this 13-year-old whisky is 46% ABV and comes in a 70 cl bottle.

Description
ARDBEG Whiskey 13 Years ANTHOLOGY The Harpy's Tale 70 cl Limited Edition. This version is the first in a series of 3 whiskeys, finished in very rare casks. This edition is the result of finishing in bourbon barrels then in Sauternes barrels.
When tasting, you will discover notes of green olive oil, wood, coriander, sage, then lemon zest and finally notes of crème brûlée. On the palate we find notes of wood, molasses and anise, then apricots and roasted peaches. The finish is particularly long with notes of coconut and spicy notes of cardamom and cumin.
