HATOZAKI 12 Year Japanese Whisky finished in UMESHU casks, a Japanese plum liqueur.

On the nose, you'll discover notes reminiscent of barley and iodine. The UMESHU cask finish introduces subtle hints of plum aromas, followed by notes of apricot, pear, and honey. This combination of two quite distinct worlds (whisky and plum liqueur) creates a surprisingly harmonious marriage.
