TAMDHU 12 Years Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whiskey aged in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks.

This single malt has notes of cinnamon, dried fruits and exotic fruits. Tamdhu is a distillery in Speyside founded in 1897 in the city of Knockando, with the aim of producing exclusively a whiskey to enter the composition of blends. Today, this distillery continues to fulfill its primary mission by returning in particular blends of which the most famous are Famous Grouse, Cutty Sark and J & B (Justerini & Brooks). The single malt sold as such is still confidential, and apart from the official Tamdhu 10 years old, independent bottlers like Gordon & McPhail or Sigatory Vintage have made the Tamdhu Single Malt known. The group Ian McLeod is the owner of Tamdhu and will set up in this distillery the same method that made the success of one of its other distillery, Glengoyne. Case to follow!
