HEE JOY XO COLOMBIA 2009 is a refined rum from Colombia, a country renowned for its coffee still distillation traditions. (coffee still) molasses and cane juice. This extra-aged rum has been aged in oak casks, giving it a rare depth and complexity. Its aromatic profile is a fusion of ripe exotic fruits, melting caramel, subtle spices and an elegant woody touch. The perfect blend of rich aromas and smooth texture makes this rum a real gem for connoisseurs.
This wonderful rum spent over 10 years in oak casks in Colombia, before spending a further 4 years in ex-cognac casks in the Chevanceaux cellars in the Charentes region.
