Les Terrasses Rouge 75 cl from Vignerons Ardéchois is a red wine from the south of France made from a blend of Merlot and Syrah. This combination brings roundness, fruitiness and structure, resulting in an accessible and harmonious wine.
The Merlot brings notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, as well as a lovely suppleness on the palate. The Syrah complements this with more intense aromas of spices, pepper and a slight hint of garrigue. On the nose, the wine is expressive and rich.
On the palate, the attack is round and smooth, with supple, well-integrated tannins. The balance between freshness and aromatic richness makes this wine very pleasant to drink.
The finish is fruity, slightly spicy and lingering. Les Terrasses Rouge is ideal with grilled meats, simple dishes, pasta or a platter of charcuterie.
