Description
This Crozes Hermitage from the Domaine de Thalabert by Paul Jaboulet Ainé has a deep ruby color, limpid and brilliant, the nose is intense and complex between notes of red fruit and animal notes, leather and musk. The mouth confirms the impressions on the nose with power and finesse. This Crozes Hermitage is 100% Syrah with a yield of 40hl / ha, the vines are between 50 and 70 years old and this wine is aged in wood for 12 months. The Crozes Hermitage vineyard covers 11 municipalities located in the Drôme, on the left bank of the Rhône. The Domaine de Thalabert is the property of Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné since 1834, it is a lowland vineyard, the oldest in the appellation.
