Its name, meaning “nothing further beyond” in Latin, reflects the collection’s ambition to explore the limits of blending and flavour. The blend is matured in oak casks that previously held fortified and sweet dessert wines, bringing additional layers of sweetness, complexity and depth.
The aromatic profile opens with spices, a lightly cooling touch of mint, muscovado sugar and orange zest. On the palate, these flavours develop into a creamy combination of caramel and vanilla. The finish is long and mellow, with lingering notes of vanilla and caramel fudge. Its deep mahogany colour and faceted decanter reinforce the sense of exclusivity.
