Freestyle #23 embodies the creative spirit of the Anosteké range from the Brasserie du Pays Flamand. For this edition, the brewers have chosen to give centre stage to Mosaic, a hop particularly prized for its aromatic potential. This single-hop approach allows you to better appreciate its character and discover the full richness of its expression.

In the glass, this IPA reveals a clear, golden colour, topped with a fine head. The nose is immediately characterised by a fruity aroma. Mosaic develops aromas of tropical fruits and citrus, accompanied by a subtle herbaceous note. On the palate, the attack is fresh and generously fruity. Citrus and tropical fruits dominate, whilst malty notes add depth.

One of the distinctive features of this Freestyle #23 is its gentle bitterness. It complements the hoppy flavours without overpowering them, helping to make the beer particularly well-balanced and approachable. With an alcohol content of 5°, it offers an excellent balance between aromatic intensity and freshness.
