SPELL The Tea organic beer is an original collaborative creation bringing together several French breweries: Adventice, Au Baron, Cambier, Grandes Marées, Pays Flamand, Spontanerie, Tandem, Thiriez and FermeBrasserie W. Led by Brasserie Tandem, this Saison-style beer is distinguished by its cold infusion of Oolong tea, also known as “blue tea”.

This tea brings a unique aromatic signature, blending delicate notes of jasmine and honey. From the first sniff, herbaceous aromas unfold, quickly complemented by the floral profile of Saphir hops. On the palate, the balance is remarkable: the vegetal freshness combines with a subtle sweetness, whilst the farmhouse yeast used in fermentation reveals a slight spicy touch, typical of craft Saisons.

Beyond its taste qualities, SPELL The Tea embodies a socially conscious project. This collaborative beer was conceived by 12 brewers from 10 breweries, with the aim of promoting the role of women and gender minorities in the brewing sector. A powerful initiative that gives meaning to every sip.

Finally, this approach is extended through a concrete commitment, with a donation of €800 made to Planning Familial du Nord. This organic beer is thus much more than just a drink: it combines creativity, solidarity and artisanal excellence.
