Cassandre Blonde Grand Cru Cassis Barrel Aged 11° 75 cl is a particularly ambitious creation from Brasserie Chromatique, an artisan microbrewery on the Opal Coast. True to its commitment to exploring a whole range of styles and flavours, the brewery develops modern, creative and sometimes highly original beers.

With an alcohol content of 11% ABV, Cassandre clearly falls into the category of tasting beers. Its character is largely due to the barrel-ageing process, which imparts woody notes and added depth.
