Clairette of Die Tradition 75 cl is a semi sweet wine, light and low alcohol (8 °), this natural wine is sparkling. Its fine and pearly foam comes from a natural fermentation in bottles. Brilliant and golden, the Clairette de Die draws the originality of its aromas of Muscat grapes (85%) and Clairette (15%), exalted by the dioise method. The cellar was created in 1985 by the MONGE family association. and the GRANON family, two families of winemakers for four generations.Covering a surface of 37 hectares, Monge Gramon vines are in the heart of the country of Clairette de Die
