RON VIEJO de CALDAS 8 Years Carta de Oro . This amber rum from Colombia is very popular in South America. Made from sugar cane, it is aged for 8 years in white oak casks from the surrounding forests.

You'll love its pretty amber colour, its nose marked by orchard fruits including peach, and its lovely notes of honey and dried orange. Round on the palate, with hints of caramel, vanilla and almond.
