Château de Minière’s “Ceci n’est pas que… Équilibre” 2022 showcases the full potential of Cabernet Franc on the great terroirs of Bourgueil. Thanks to meticulous organic viticulture and the guidance of Stéphane Derenoncourt, this cuvée offers a refined, precise style that is particularly enjoyable to drink.

The bouquet reveals notes of cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry, violet, liquorice, pepper and graphite. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh and perfectly balanced, with silky tannins and a lingering finish characterised by dark fruits and sweet spices.
