Kaffir Gin from Birdie located near Lille is inspired by Indonesian flavors for this version.
Indeed, this Birdie Kaffir Gin is of course composed of juniper berries, but also of two other main botanicals: Combava and Java Pepper. Next in the composition are Coriander, Marjoram, Cardamom and Almonds.
The nose clearly evokes the world of citrus fruits, then spices. roundness is brought to the finish with notes of almonds.
