Pacory's Calvados is a 3-year-old Calvados from Domfront. This Calvados offers notes of fresh apple and pear on the nose. On the palate, the sweetness of the fruit is enhanced by hints of vanilla and sweet spices. The finish is long and silky, with a slight hint of oak.

La Ferme des Grimaux, located in Normandy, has specialized in the production of Calvados since 1950. The farm covers 50 hectares of orchards, where a variety of apples and pears are grown.
