Description
This pretty Sauvignon de Saint Bris has a straw color and some green reflections. The nose is composed of citrus and white fruit aromas. It is a fruity and mineral wine. Served between 8 ° and 12 ° it will go well with a plate of smoked fish as well as a seafood platter or simply as an aperitif. Saint Bris has been a municipal appellation since 2003. Saint Bris covers 5 municipalities, Saint Bris le Vineux, Chitry, Irancy, Quenne and Vincelottes. The Bailly-Lapierre cellar is a cooperative created in 1972. The cellars are located 50 meters underground . Les Caves de Bailly Lapierre, 430 winemakers bring their grapes to the cellar. Production is based in the immense underground galleries of an old limestone quarry. Did you know ? The Bailly-Lapierre cellar invented the concept of crémant-de-bourgogne.
