Auxey-Duresses Rouge 2023 is a Pinot Noir produced by Domaine Nuiton-Beaunoy, renowned for its expertise and respect for the terroir. Made from vines grown on limestone soils, this wine has an enchanting nose of morello cherry, wild rose, cocoa and a touch of noble wood. On the palate, it offers a rich sensory experience: candied red fruits, sweet spices, subtle minerality, and a fresh and elegant finish.

The 2023 vintage, marked by a sunny summer and cool nights, gives this wine great concentration and preserved freshness. Best served between 14 and 16°C, it pairs beautifully with duck breast, wild mushrooms or a cheese platter.
