A Chablis with an expressive nose that reveals aromas of green apple, acacia blossom, candied lemon and a touch of fresh butter. On the palate, it seduces with its perfect balance between freshness, roundness and subtle minerality, with notes of pear,almond and a long, persistent finish.
Elegant and refined, it should be served between 10 and 12°C, ideal with seafood, grilled fish or goat's cheese.
