This expression is inspired by a classic dessert: flambéed banana, whose fruity and caramelised flavours immediately evoke hearty, comforting cuisine.

On tasting, the flavour profile centres on a very ripe banana, accompanied by notes of cooked fruit and hints of pastry. The nose is expressive and fruity. On the palate, the texture is full-bodied and round, with a sweetness that emphasises the indulgent character of the recipe. The finish prolongs this impression with sweet accents and a hint of sugarcane.

To fully enjoy its aromas, we recommend serving Arcane Banane Flambée well chilled, in a small glass, or over an ice cube.
