Description

Saint-Véran Les Plantés 2023 is a Chardonnay produced by Les Vignerons Les Terres Secrètes , a cooperative renowned for its expertise and respect for the terroir. Made from vines planted on limestone soils, this wine has an enchanting nose of green apple, lime blossom, acacia honey and a hint of toast. On the palate, it offers a rich sensory experience: Williams pear, candied lemon, fresh almond, and a vibrant minerality that brings freshness.

The 2023 vintage, marked by a hot summer and cool nights, gives this wine great concentration and balanced acidity. Best served between 10 and 12°C, it is the perfect accompaniment to shellfish, sushi or a platter of fresh cheeses. A bottle that embodiesthe authenticity and talent of the winemakers, for lovers of white wines that are both fruity and mineral.
