Coulée de Serrant 2023 is a 100% Chenin Blanc from a 7-hectare vineyard, which has been an AOC in its own right since 1993, owned by the Joly family. Cultivated biodynamically since 1984, this legendary wine from Savennières (Loire) expresses aromas of Reinette apple, acacia honey, lime blossom and a minerality of blue schist. Powerful and elegant, it offers vibrant tension and a salty finish. Best served between 10 and 12°C, it pairs beautifully with shellfish, fine fish and goat's cheese .
