Grown on the blue schist soils of Roche aux Moines, it displays aromas of green apple, acacia honey and flint. Mineral and elegant, this wine offers vibrant tension and a salty finish. Best served between 10 and 12°C, it is the perfect accompaniment to shellfish, fine fish or goat's cheese.

Clos de la Bergerie Savennières Roche aux Moines 2023: a unique terroir!

Clos de la Bergerie Savennières Roche aux Moines 2023 is a 100% Chenin Blanc, produced from a historic vineyard ranked among the greatest terroirs in the Loire. The vines, planted on blue schist slopes, benefit from optimal sunshine and exceptional natural drainage, giving the wine an intense minerality and rare aromatic finesse. This vintage offers an expressive nose of Williams pear, acacia blossom andcandied citrus fruits, followed by a balanced palate, combining fruitiness, finesse and a characteristic mineral tension.

Precisely vinified by La Coulée de Serrant, this dry, powerful wine is ideal with oysters, sea bass en croûte or mushroom-based dishes. Best served between 10 and 12°C, it invites you to discoverthe excellence of Loire wines and the magic of the Roche aux Moines terroir.
