Brasserie Chromatique, based in Outreau in the Hauts-de-France region, is renowned for its bold and innovative beers. Their Hades Imperial Stout (11%) is a brewing masterpiece, aged in bourbon barrels to develop complex aromas of dark chocolate, vanilla and toasted wood. This imperial stout stands out for its deep black colour and creamy texture, which coat the palate with intense, indulgent flavours.
The nose offers a powerful bouquet of roasted coffee, caramel and bourbon, while the palate reveals notes of melted chocolate, dried fruit and a hint of tobacco.
