Description
The ISONOMY Rum by FOURSQUARE spent 17 years in Bourbon barrels under the Barbadian skies. It was bottled in January 2022 without cold filtration at cask strength. This very limited edition rum is a blend of rums distilled in a Column and Pot Still.
In this Barbadian amber rum, you will appreciate its freshness and liveliness despite its advanced age...
The nose and palate of this very old Foursquare rum clearly evoke the aging process, giving rise to notes of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits including walnut, almond, and Corinth raisins
