Fruity and structured, this natural wine seduces with its silky tannins and mineral finish. Best served between 14 and 16°C, it is the perfect accompaniment to charcuterie, red meat or mature cheeses.

Morgon by Jean-Paul Brun: reminiscent of a Beaujolais Grand Cru

The Morgon from Domaine des Terres Dorées is a flagship Grand Cru of Beaujolais, produced by Jean-Paul Brun, a leading figure in natural wine. Made from old vines planted on granite soils, this 100% Gamay has an expressive nose of black cherry, violet and sweet spices. On the palate, it combines generous fruitiness, tannic structure and a vibrant minerality typical of the Morgon appellation.

The result is a pure, balanced and very fresh wine that pairs beautifully with rustic dishes (coq au vin, sausages) or goat's cheese. Best served between 14 and 16°C, this Morgon is an invitation to discoverthe authenticity and terroir of Beaujolais.
