Tasting Belvedere Polish Rye Vodka
Belvedere Polish Rye Vodka is completely clear and transparent. The nose has a slight hint of vanilla with cereal notes from the rye. On the palate, this vodka is fresh with a slight peppery touch. The water used comes from a local spring, drawn from deep underground to ensure perfect purity. Distilled four times, it has earned its place among the top-of-the-range vodkas and has built a reputation for itself in recent years.
How is Belvedere made?
Belvedere uses a 600-year-old Polish vodka-making tradition. The Polmos Zyrardów distillery has been in operation since 1910 and is one of the oldest in the world. A small-scale distillery, it produces consistent quality and is committed to green energy, reducing CO₂ emissions by 42% since 2012. Belvedere produces in accordance with the strict local regulations governing Polish vodka. This means that production must take place on Polish soil and be based on cereals or potatoes with no other ingredients added.
