CARNIVAL Barbados & Trinidad is crafted from carefully selected molasses rums sourced from two of the Caribbean’s finest rum-producing regions. Barbados contributes a rounded texture and pastry-like notes, whilst Trinidad offers freshness, finesse and an elegant spicy undertone.

It has a beautiful amber-gold colour with luminous highlights. The nose reveals aromas of vanilla cream, toasted coconut, ripe nectarine, light caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg, enhanced by a subtle floral and zesty note. On the palate, the texture is smooth and indulgent. Flavours of egg custard, roasted fruit, light cocoa and gentle spices are perfectly balanced with subtle, elegant oak notes. The finish is long, fresh and slightly peppery, leaving a pleasant sensation of exotic sweetness.

Enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in a premium cocktail, this rum is also the perfect accompaniment to a coconut dessert, a pineapple tart, crème caramel or dark chocolate.
