Produced exclusively from Canne Bleue, a variety of sugarcane selected for its exceptional aromatic qualities, it perfectly embodies the traditional expertise of Maison Clément. This single-varietal cuvée reveals all the freshness and intensity of pure cane juice, enhanced by meticulous production and several months’ ageing before bottling.

The nose is particularly expressive, with notes of white flowers, orange blossom, honey, pineapple, mango and citrus. On the palate, it captivates with its roundness and balance, where aromas of fresh sugarcane, exotic fruits and honey intermingle with hints of greenery, aniseed and pepper. The finish is lively, lingering and leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness.

Thanks to its 50% alcohol content, Clément Canne Bleue 2025 retains all its aromatic power without losing any of its elegance.
