Château Recougne Bordeaux Supérieur by Milhade 37.5 cl

Owned by the Milhade family since 1938, Château Recougne is now run by Marc and Élodie Milhade. The estate covers around a hundred hectares on the hillsides of Bordeaux, benefiting from a terroir ideally suited to the production of great wines. Each year, the château produces around 570,000 bottles, most of which are matured in vats to preserve the purity of the fruit.

Description

Regularly recognized as one of the best Bordeaux Supérieur. Hillside vineyard, South / South-East exposure. Old vines on siliceous clay soil with an iron crass mat. Serve at room temperature. Red meat, game, leg, character cheese. Château Recougne has existed for over four hundred years and its name comes from King Henry IV. The vineyard covers 70 ha: 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet and is located on a hillside terroir, facing south / south-east.
