La Fière Blonde Originale: a craft blonde beer that blends elements of an IPA and a Northern triple

Brewed in Flanders by the Brasserie du Pays Flamand, La Fière Blonde Originale embodies a regional brewing identity whilst playing on the characteristics of contemporary hoppy beers. This top-fermented beer, at 6.5% ABV, has been designed to appeal to both IPA enthusiasts and those who appreciate the full-bodied blondes of the North. Its originality lies in the balance between the fruity aromas of the hops, the roundness of the malts and the distinctive aroma of the yeast.

On tasting, it presents a blonde colour with coppery highlights, enlivened by fine bubbles and topped with a generous, persistent head. The nose reveals delicious scents of apricot and honey. On the palate, the beer is full-bodied and aromatic: the malty notes provide body, whilst the hopping brings out an expressive fruitiness and a noticeable yet pleasant bitterness. The overall impression remains balanced, with a lovely harmony between the roundness of the malt and the hoppy freshness.

This craft lager is just as suitable as a convivial aperitif as it is with a meal. It pairs well with grilled meats, roast poultry, mature cheeses or even spicy dishes. Ideally served between 6 and 8 °C, this allows you to fully appreciate its fruity and malty nuances.

La Fière was created in 2016 as a collaboration between Le Gallodrome and the Brasserie du Pays Flamand. Brewed in the Nord region, it embodies a commitment to Flemish traditions and a desire to offer original and generous recipes.
