Biarritz Bonheur Citron liqueur is part of a collection of spirits inspired by the Basque Coast’s art de vivre. Its bright pale yellow colour heralds an intense nose dominated by fresh lemon, candied lemon, grapefruit and citrus zest. Upon aeration, nuances of white flowers, verbena and a hint of honey emerge. On the palate, the attack is supple and indulgent. The freshness of the lemon comes through fully without excessive acidity, supported by a silky texture that lends roundness and elegance. The finish is long, fresh, lemony and slightly floral.
