Description

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Rye is a whisky made from a blend of cereals comprising 70% rye, 12% maize and 8% malted barley, offering a rich, lingering taste experience. On the palate, it is fresh and round, with a typical minerality and a lingering finish.

This whisky is aged in American oak casks, giving it a unique aromatic richness and complexity. This special edition is the result of a selection of unique casks chosen and bottled in decanters for their taste qualities. The casks sit high up in the maturation storehouses for faster, more intense ageing. This rye is very spicy(nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper) and fruity(apricot, hazelnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, sultanas). Fragrances of caramel and vanilla coat the whole pleasantly.
