Its complex nose reveals aromas of blackcurrant, violet and cedar. On the palate, it seduces with its silky tannins, notes of black fruit and a fresh, mineral finish. Elegant and structured, it should be served between 16 and 18°C, ideally with red meat or mature cheese.

Château Cantemerle 2022, a Haut-Médoc that speaks of its terroir

Château Cantemerle 2022 is a Haut-Médoc produced on a gravelly terroir typical of the appellation, known for its structured and elegant wines. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (40%), Cabernet Franc (7%) and Petit Verdot (3%), this wine displays a complex nose of blackcurrant, violet flower, cedar and a touch of liquorice. On the palate, it offers flavours of black fruits, chocolate and a subtle minerality, supported by mellow tannins and a fresh, elegant finish.

The 2022 vintage, marked by a sunny summer and cool nights, gives this wine great concentration and remarkable freshness. Serve between 16 and 18°C, after decanting, it is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, game or mature cheeses.
